  1. Can my family and pets be at home while you clean? Yes! You are welcome to come and go as you please. We will work around you.

  2. How do I pay? After service is rendered, you will receive a Venmo request from @Beckbhm. If you do not pay your bill within 24 hours of the invoice, you will be charged $10 per day.

  3. I don’t have Venmo. Is there another way to pay? Yes! We also accept check or cash.

  4. How long do you usually take? On average, we take around 5 hours for an initial clean and 3 hours for routine cleans.

  5. Where all do you travel? We have clients located in Leeds, Trussville, Springville, Helena, Chelsea, and the Greater Birmingham Area. There is a mileage fee for locations 20 miles outside of downtown Birmingham.

  6. I have never had a cleaner before; how does this work? Your cleaner will arrive with all of the cleaning supplies they need (except for a vacuum- the client must provide this). After your cleaner is finished, you will receive a Venmo request for payment. There is no prepping needed!

  7. Is there a fee for canceling? We charge a $40 cancellation fee to clients who do not cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

  8. Is there a minimum hour limit? Yes, cleans must last at least two hours.

  9. How many cleaners will I have? Homes over 2,000 sqrft may have two-three cleaners. Clients are not charged based on the amount of cleaners.

  10. Is there a mileage fee? For homes located 20 miles outside of downtown Birmingham, there will be a $20 mileage fee.
